Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and in full. These terms and conditions are to be abided by at all times, by all clients in order to book appointments at Evolve Artistry.
Your First Visit to The Studio & Client Information
Please allow extra time on your first visit to fill out the relevant consultation forms, paperwork and for patch tests to be carried out where required. When booking for the first time at Evolve Artistry you will be required to provide your full name, email address and contact telephone number for our booking system, along with your card detail for the card capture system, in order to book and secure your appointment. Upon booking you will receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment and the link to our online booking system where you can book future appointments, reschedule appointments and cancel appointments with ease.
You will receive a courtesy text 48 hours before your appointment as a gentle reminder. You will not be able to reply to this text message system, however if you do need to contact us do so on our contact number 07525472229 or via email at evolveartistryuk@gmail.com.
It is your responsibility to ensure the details you have provided are correct and should any details change, you must inform the studio to update your details on the booking system. All information and records are kept in accordance with GDPR and are only for the purpose of recording your relevant treatments as required by insurance. Your information will not be passed to any third party and can only be accessed by staff members of Evolve Artistry as required for your appointment.
Parking
Parking is free anywhere in the Woodbottom Working Men’s Carpark. Please ignore any clamping and no parking signs as they do not apply to Evolve Artistry and its visitors. Please ensure that you are not parking on the side of the club driveway, on any double yellow lines or obstructing the driveway in any way.
Payments
Payments are to be in cash, physical card payment, via the online booking system card capture or as a bank transfer. You must pay for your treatment in full before leaving the studio.
Online Booking with Booksy
All clients are required to make bookings through our online booking system, Booksy. This is downloadable via App Store / Play Store. You will be required to set up a profile and enter card details for the card capture. The card capture will store your details safely, allowing you to pay with Apple Pay or your Smart Wallet on the day of your appointment. No monies will be taken from your account upon booking unless obviously stated. The Booksy system will inform you of our cancellation policy and any updates.
Currently, cancellations under 48 hours will charged at 50% of the treatment price to the card on the card capture. Cancellations under 24 hours or no shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price to the card on the card capture.
This is to protect the business from last minute cancellations. You must accept these terms to visit the studio.
The booking system will allow you to make, cancel or reschedule appointments up to 3 months in advance. Time can care has been taken to make the online booking system seamless and easy for use, 24 hours a day.
Due to high demand Georgina can sometimes take up to 48 hours to respond to messages so the online booking system is an easy way for you to secure your desired appointment day and time.
You must only make bookings for yourself. We are unable to change the client on online bookings so you must have your own profile for your own bookings.
Time Keeping
All appointments are booked back to back. Please arrive promptly to your appointment in order to receive the full time of your treatment. Late arrivals will have the time deduced from their treatment time where applicable.
Late arrivals over 15 minutes are classed as a ‘no show’ to the booked appointment and will be charged the no show fee. You will be required to rebook your appointment and pay your next appointment in full in order to secure the booking.
Guests & Visitors
Due to health and safety and council licensing children are not allowed in the studio. This is to protect the child and the studio given the nature of some of the treatments provided (Cosmetic Tattooing/Permanent Make Up). Due to the size of the studio, we cannot accommodate for any extra visitors attending an appointment with a client. Certain treatments take up to 4 hours to preform and it is not suitable for friends and family to be present during this time.
Patch Tests
By law, most of the treatments provided require patch tests 48 hours before your treatment. If you have not been to Evolve Artistry before for Tinting, Henna Brow, Brow Lamination, Lash Lifting, Eyelash Extensions or Permanent Make Up Procedures then you WILL require a patch test and consultation. If it has been longer than 6 months between treatments you WILL require a new patch test. If brands or products are changed in studio you will be contacted for a new patch test. When booking your appointment your patch test appointment must also be booked at the same time.
No Patch Test – No Treatment – No Exceptions
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers have a 12 month life. They must be used before the expiry date and cannot be extended. If the voucher is a part of a special offer for a particular treatment this cannot be transferred to another treatment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment then please ensure you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of your booked treatment price. Cancellations under 24 hours or appointments classed as a ‘no show’ will be charged 100% of the booked treatment price. Please note that the booking system is time sensitive at exactly 48/24 hours prior to your booked appointment. These charges will be applied to the card on the card capture. If this payment should be declined, you will be required to pay the outstanding balance within 48 hours. Failure to pay this fee can result in small claims court proceedings. Payments can be made in studio as cash, debit or credit card or as a bank transfer.
Please note if you do not show for your appointment you will need to pay for any future appointments in full upon booking. If you miss more than 1 appointment, we will be unable to accommodate you for any future appointments.
We are completely understanding that life happens and promise to act with compassion, kindness and common sense when dealing with last minute cancellations. This policy is in place to protect livelihoods and a small, local business from detrimental financial loss.
